Alice Murray, Student Media Advisor
Alice Murray is a writer, editor, and marketing consultant. Alice was founding board president of the Atlanta Journal Constitution (AJC) Decatur Book Festival. She is on the advisory board of Georgia Shakespeare and is a graduate of Leadership DeKalb.

After retiring from a 26-year career at the AJC, she worked with Lenz Marketing in Decatur as a strategic marketing consultant and ran in independent writing firm, A Murray and More. While at the AJC, she worked as a reporter, religion editor, special sections editor and manager of the company’s special sections and advertising creative departments prior to serving as a director in the newspaper’s marketing department. Alice has a B.A. in journalism from Auburn University and is native of Cleveland, Tennessee.

Tamara Boseman, Senior Administrative Secretary
Tamara Boseman is an integral part of the Dean of Students office on the Clarkston campus, since she serves as the first stop for students entering the office or calling in for assistance. She assists with all administrative processes including student conduct, student assistance and student life functions. Tamara has been at Perimeter College for over four years serving in various administrative support capacities. In addition, Tamara has worked at the University of Georgia, Gwinnett Campus in the Division of Student Affairs. Tamara is currently working on a degree in psychology.
